"Dark, rich and slightly sweet seasoning sauce made from the sap of the coconut flower blossom and sea salt. A great substitute for Soy sauce, it is soy free, gluten free, vegan and non-GMO, non-MSG. It's also Organic and Kosher certified. Use it as a salad dressing, in stir fry’s, marinades, saute’, soups or stews or as a dipping sauce. The product is named as aminos due to the high concentration of naturally occurring amino acids present in coconut sap.
